Medication and Other Treatment Options

I embrace an integrative approach to emotional, mental, spiritual and physical well-being.  I encourage creative and “out of the box” thinking when it comes to dealing with these concerns and problems.  Many people have found that more natural options actually treat the issues that they are struggling with rather than just treating the symptoms with medication.  Some of these integrative approaches include: nutritional psychiatry, naturopathic medicine, homeopathic medicine, chiropractic, yoga, diet/exercise and meditation.  If it appears that resources outside of our work together would be helpful, I can refer you to professional integrative providers as well as to traditional medical providers in the area for further consultation.
